I mine eventually with the 3080 and it can goes the same temperature (around 88 C) but with the fans fixed at 90%. Size is compact as compared to older 15' laptops, about the weight I don't think it's a lot like people say. When it comes to performance this thing is a beast with no heating issue at all just need a better ventilation on the bottom if you'll are having issues.
