It was developed using C, C++, Javascript, HTML5, Python and Rust. It is used in personal computers known as Chromebook. The first version of Chrome OS was launched by Google in 2009. WebMy suggestion would be to stick with ChromeOS and use the inbuilt Linux Container feature. Otherwise, this Chromebook with the specs that it has will not be very compatible or will be very slow when handling certain Linux distros.
